Our Story

Shellharbour Gold banana bread is a home-grown business based in the heart of Shellharbour. Founded in June 2025, our mission is simple: to bake delicious banana bread, fresh for our customers, using only the best natural ingredients. 

Our banana bread is home baked and is made from scratch. Our flavour comes from real bananas — no artificial preservatives, colours or flavours, ever. We bake regularly to ensure our loaves are always fresh, moist, and ready to enjoy. Our banana bread has no lactose added, but does contains wheat, gluten and eggs. It may also contain traces of sesame seeds and other allergens. 

You can find our banana bread at Bliss Ice Cream and Gelato at the Shell Cove Marina, The Sands Shellharbour Kiosk at Shellharbour north beach, Shellharbour Junior Football Club's canteen down at Myimbarr Community Park, and Shellharbour Stingray's canteen at Flinders Reserve. We’re proud to partner with local businesses and community organisations who insist on quality and share a passion for our beautiful Shellharbour region.

We also take personal orders, even if its just a loaf or two every now and then. 

As we grow, we’re excited to partner with more local cafes, canteens and other food retailers who want to offer their customers a deliciously fresh, handmade banana bread they can trust. We are registered with the NSW Food Authority, food safety certified, and fully insured.
